Steps

  1. In a jar or container with a lid, stir together the oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup and cinnamon.

  2. Put the blueberries on top. Close the lid.

  3. Refrigerate at least 6 hours, or overnight.

    Done looks like: Oats soft and thick. Most of the milk has soaked in.
  4. Stir. Eat cold, or microwave 1–2 minutes if you like it warm.
